FoodFace, Dublin 2004 - Inspired by the Renaissance artist Guiseppe Arcimboldo children aged 8 to 12 took photographs of fruit, vegetables and other foods they bought in a local market. Using the innovative Squideo animation software they create a weird and wonderful cast of animated characters.

Food Face has been featured in The Irish Times, was part of a workshop series at The Ark, Dublin. The project won the 2005 Global Learning Initiative Award at the Bologna Children's Publishing Fair, the world's leading event for children's publishing copyright professionals.
