Whistleblower - Dublin 2008 - A factually based drama about one young midwife's courage in blowing the whistle on irregular obstetric practices at the hospital where she worked. This decision set in train a series of events which resulted in a full investigation, highlighting the plight of a great number of women whose lives were blighted forever.

RTE Drama Department commissioned Saffron Pictures in association with Newgrange Pictures to produce the TV two-part series. Whistleblower is the winner of the 2009 Irish Film and Television Award for best TV Drama/TV Drama Series and the 2009 winner of the Celtic Media Festival for best Feature Length Drama.
